Publishing Fee

We here at, In Search Of The Universal Truth Publisher, know that other publishers' charges for
these mentioned above. If a publisher charge you for these please ask questions before you sign their
contract, we also have links below so that you can go to those sites and ask questions about what your
publisher is doing based on them charging you for those listed above for
(ISBN - LCCN - Bar Code).

About the ISBN's:
If a publisher charged you for the ISBN, which this makes you the Publisher and not your publisher
being your publisher, they are now just your printer. And that ISBN totally belongs to you since you
are now your own publisher and your publisher did not tell you that part.

Publishers has to buy ISBN's from the ISBN Agency to learn more click on this link

www.bowker.com
and those ISBN's belong to that publisher and not to the Author. Unless the
Publisher charged the Author for that ISBN. Then that makes you the Author the sole owner of that
ISBN, and you just became a publisher without knowing. Now since you are a publisher you are in
charge of all distribution of your book and not the publisher that printer your book. Please be very
worried if a publisher charges you for the ISBN as I mentioned this makes you the Publisher of your
book. Then you will have more nightmares then you want, meaning that you have to do all of the
distribution and advertisement of your book. You will also need to buy a SAN for your publishing
company that you just created without knowing. This SAN is needed for your company to sell to
Bookstores, Wholesalers, and Distribution Centers. So please do not publish your book through a
publisher that charges you for a ISBN, when that happens all those books that was printed that you
paid for will end up at your doorstep.

About the LCCN:
The Library of Congress Control Number, is a free LCCN, which is supplied to a publisher that
registers with the Library of Congress when they register a book that they are about to publish and as
they register the book with the Library of Congress. Here is that link
pcn.loc.gov  Preassigned Control
Number Program. The SAN, ISBN's and the LCCN are three different numbers and they come from
three different places. This LCCN has nothing to do with the Copyright Registration and that is
different as well. The LCCN is a number that The Library of Congress assigns to a book for the use
of the Library system to help the Library to catalog your book on their bookshelves.

About the Copyright forms:
Copyright of your book - there are several fees based on which form that is used. We also know that
other publishers charge twice the amount for these fees, which they charge to copyright your book.
Here is that link as well
www.copyright.gov  and you own the copyright to your book not the
publisher it is your book and not the publisher's. And the copyright certificate is yours, which you will
receive in the mail from the copyright office. If you do not receive your certificate within 6 months
you can call and to see where it was sent. The publisher as no rights to keep your certificate if it is
mailed to them it should be mailed to you.

Reading fee of your Manuscript(s) we do not charge it is
(Free)

All we ask is for you to pay for the publishing fee only that is associated with publishing your
manuscript if you decide to publish with us.

We promote your book(s) at our cost and not to our Authors' doing this keeps the Authors' publishing
fees down.

Q. What do you offer and what do you do with my book during and after it is published?
A.
* We do all the editing and there is a fee
(If you need your manuscript edited by us there is a fee or
you can find someone to edit and there will be no fee applied)
* We do all cover designing and there is a fee (If you have your own cover we will use your design
and there is no fee)
* Book layout design
* If your book needs artwork and if we need to create those pictures there is a fee
(If you have your
own artwork it will be used at no fee)
* We do all printing and binding of your book in house. (All of our Books are done as Trade
Paperback)
* We send review copies of your book out to Newspapers - Magazines - Bookstore - Review Sources
for promotion based on your Book genre.
(When a copy is asked for).
* We make your book available to the many Wholesalers, Distribution Centers and Bookstores
around the world.
* We also send your book to book fairs around the world during your publishing contract.
* We receive all orders and we ship all book orders.

Special Note:
As we receive orders for your book and receive payment, we pay you based on the options within our
publishing contract and at times payments can be paid within that week or when the funds are
available. We know that other publishers' pays once every quarter (90 days), this is the basic payment
time. And if there is enough orders that comes in that meets their payment payout of $100.00 or more
within that 90 days. With us we will pay you your Royalties when we receive payment for your book
sales, we will disburse your money to you when they become available. Unless it is stated within our
publishing contract.

The other advantage by publishing with us and paying the publishing fees, we give you 40% Royalty
fee payment based on book net selling price, since no books are sold for Retail price.

Q. How is my Royalty figured?

A. We give our Authors' their Royalties based on net selling price. For instance books are not sold at
retail price to Book Reseller:

When we sell your book through our site to our customers your book sells between 10% - 20% off
the cover price.
Bookstores buys books at 45% off the cover price.
Wholesalers buys books at 60% off the cover price.
Distribution Centers buys book at 63% off the cover price.

And we do not go about owning your Manuscript as other publishers do, that is your manuscript not
ours, you have full ownership of your work.

We publish you manuscript the way that you send it in to us. We publish your manuscript your way
and not our way. Meaning that we will not ask you to change any thing that you had written. You
wrote your book the way you want. So we will publish your book without asking you to change what
is in your manuscript. We know that other publishers will tell you to take things out of your
manuscript, only because they do not like what you wrote, for them to publish your book through
them this is what they ask of you. If you plan to use them as your publisher.

Q. What is the minimum page and what is the maximum page count that you publish?

A. We would like to say that there is no minimum or maximum we publish books with 16 pages up to
670 pages to date and we can bind books up to 800 pages as Trade Paperback. We do not do
Hardcover books.

A. What does it cost to publish through ISOTUT Publisher?

It can go from $1,200.00 on up. This all depends on your book size and what is within your book and
what is needed to be done.

Q. Can you or the Agent guarantee that my book will sell.

A. There is no guarantee. No Agent, Publisher or Bookstore clerk will guarantee that your book will
sell so many copies. It is like us asking you to make us a guarantee that your book will sell so many
copies.

Remember this, there are about 200,000 - 300,000 books published between the US, Canada, and
Puerto Rica every year. That is not counting the other countries. Now for the other countries there are
another 160,000 books published yearly and all books crosses into other countries to be sold into
those book markets.

Thank you for your Inquire of In Search Of The Universal Truth (ISOTUT) Publisher

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
When you sign our publishing contract and after we receive all the publishing fees. We then assign a
ISBN to your book and
we, like all publisher must register the ISBN to that book that we are and to
all bookstores, wholesalers and distribution centers
at no fee to the Author or to the publisher.
Information that Agents and other Publishing Companies do not mentioned about.

We here feel this information needs to be put out there for all to know about. What you will read here
is what the Agents and Publisher does not tell you if you do not ask about them. And if you do not
know what to ask then you will not know about it until it is to late. We feel this information is very
important to the writers that are looking to publish their manuscript(s).

And these are questions that we get from writers that calls us and through our email's as writers
submit their manuscript(s) as they have these questions.

Questions arranges from -
~I need a Agent to Represent me.
~A publisher will not accept my manuscript.
~Why is there a fee that I am being asked to pay to publish my manuscript through any publishing
companies.
Q. What is a Literary Agent?

A. A Literary Agent is the middle person that goes between you, the Author, and the Publishers.
---
Q. What does the Agent do?

A. The Agent goes through and reads all manuscripts that arrives into their office based on the type of
genre that they deal with and they try to find Publishers that might be interested in the genre, stories
that you written. Which this can and will take several months to maybe a year or more before they
can find a publisher that is interested in your manuscript.
---
Q. Is there a fee when using any Agent?

A. There is always a fee when using any Agent, that is their business and this is their job. Just like any
other job. Do you want to work for nothing, I really do not think so, neither do we. Using Agents, the
fees can go from several hundreds of dollars on up, based on the time that is involved in finding a
publisher.
---
Q. Does the Agent get a percentage of my book sale?

A. YES. On top of the Agent fees they do take a percentage of your book sale during the length of the
publishing contract. Which means that you will get less Royalty payment.

---
Q. Is there a fee associated with your Agent that deals with your Publishing Company?

A. Now with our Agent they do not get any part of your Royalties. Your Royalty from your book sale
is all yours. But there is a one (1) time fee that is involved, which covers for their time involved in
representing you. We work closely with our agent since we are together in the same company. Our
Agent is part of us. This is why we accept all manuscripts in all genres, unlike those other Agents and
those other Publishing Companies, where they only deal with certain writing genres.

Note: Agents are separate from the publishing companies. Agents have their own company that they
work from. This is why the agents charge a high fee for their time involved in searching for a
publisher. And just because you use a agent it does not mean they can find a publisher, and or, it
might take a year or more before a publisher will take on your manuscript. This is due to the publisher
already has books lined up for a year that they will be publishing.

Nothing is guaranteed
---
Q. How do I submit my manuscript to your Literary Agent for your Publishing Company?

A. You can submit your manuscript to us by different ways:

If you done your manuscript on your computer and it is done with windows
Submit your completed manuscript(s) to us by emailing your manuscript to:
manuscriptsubmissions@insearchoftheuniversaltruthpublisher.com

---
Q. What will it cost to publisher my manuscript?

A. We will not be able to give an accurate quote until we have your complete manuscript in our
office. When we receive your manuscript, we will send you a quote on what it will cost to publish
your book. The time that it can take can go from 1-2 months of talking and finding what works best
for you. Then after the contract is signed and we received all of the publishing fees in full it can take
about 4 months before your book is published and released. This all depends on what we need to do
for your book.
---
Q. What does the Agent - Publisher do after my book is published through your company?

A. We do not stop working with you after your book is published. We work with you as long as your
book is published through us. We keep the communication going with you letting you know what is
going on with your book and if you have any questions as well during the length of your publishing
contract.

We have been asked by several writers that have contacted us about possible publishing inquiring and
why we do not list our publishing prices. For one reason it is hard to list prices when other factors
comes in to play. Such as editing, cover creation if Author does not supply cover ready that they
want to use.

At writers request here are our publishing packages, at their starting prices. To learn more click on
the package that would best fit your manuscript.

These publishing fees are for all writing genres.
