Lets clarify the difference between Exclusive Publishers' and Non-Exclusive Publishers', in light of explaining more about the publishing industry.

Authors' think when their book is published by a Non-Exclusive Publishers that they can have their manuscript published by other publishers' or they can sell their books to
book Resellers. Authors do not have the reselling rights of your book; please read below.

You are the owner only of the Material (Manuscript).

We are the owner of the printed book as it is being published by us your publisher, as we assign the ISBN.. Therefore we have all the selling / distribution rights of your book
as it is published through us (ISOTUT Publisher). Or any other publisher that you may use to publish your book. This is explained below.

What are Exclusive Publishers'?

Exclusive Publishers' means only that the publisher of your book has the sole publishing and selling / distribution of the authors' book to the publishers' book buyers -
bookstores and to wholesalers of the publisher. This also means that no other publisher has the resell rights of that authors' book in that language, regardless until the contract
ends.

What are Non-Exclusive Publishers'?

Non-Exclusive Publishers' means the authors' book that is being published by your main publisher in that language or any other language can be published by other publishers'
for sales and distribution through them, along with through your main publisher. Read below on how this works.

Question -- Can I as a author of my book go about distributing my book to Book Resellers like to main chain bookstores and to Wholesalers and placing my book on sites as
free / paid  - E-Book download?

The answer is - NO!

You can only do these below:

The extra copies of your book that you have, you may see if Independent bookstores owners will allow you to place your book in their store on consignment. That is between
you and that store owner as you supply books to them from your own copies you have on hand that you buy from your publisher based on your contract.

You can do this also with extra copies of your book that you buy from us, your publisher, to sell to people that you meet. Or you can create your own book events and sell
your books to people that you talk to. Or you can hand out your copies as a free copies.

You can also become a registered seller on sites like Amazon.com, to sell your own copies that you have in your hands to people that might buy from you on these sites.
Those people can buy your book from you and pay you and you ship those books to those people.

You can also send your own copies out to places for book reviews as well. As you receive those reviews, send us a copy of those reviews.

Question--- Does this mean, that I, the author, can contact other publishers, to publish my book?

The answer is - NO.

What Non-Exclusive Publishers' means, is that the publisher of the authors' book can contact other publishers', to see if they are interested in carrying and selling that authors'
book using the main publishers' ISBN. Or that the other publisher can publish the authors' book, under their logo and ISBN and also be able to sell and distribute the authors'
book to their customers / wholesalers - as they pay us the main publisher for those book sales, as we pay our authors' the royalty from those books sales. As this is all done
through the main publisher of the authors' book as the main publisher and other publishers have to set up accounts with each other to perform this.

This is done only through your main Publisher of the authors' book can contact other publishers' to see if they are interested in being a Re-Seller or Re-Print Publisher, since
your book is already published by your main publisher.

Since your book is already published by your main publisher, you the author CANNOT contact other Agents / Publishers' to see if other publishers' will publish your book
under their logo as well. This also goes for wholesalers and distributors as accounts are set up through the main publisher.

This process now all goes through your main publisher, since you assigned to us (your main publisher) the rights to your book as being the publisher.  When the time comes to
see if other publishers' will be interested in your book, we the main publisher will contact other publishers' or they will contact us, (your main publisher) to see about being
what is called a Re-Print Publisher, for your book to be published by them as well.
